HTC One Having Problems Connecting To The Internet

The procedure below will walk you through troubleshooting / fixing problems of your HTC One that may have some problems connecting to the internet. There have been a lot of owners complaining about it. Fortunately, the problem is easy to fix and can be done by those who are not tech-savvy.

Step 1. Please make sure the "Mobile network" or "Wi-Fi" has been turned on. (Slide the Notifications panel open, and then tap Settings on the upper right corner>make sure "Mobile network" / "Wi-Fi" is "On")

Step 2. Please open the Internet browser and try to connect to any web pages. If you are connected to a public Wi-Fi network, you may need to enter and log-in the account name and password. Please make sure you entered the correct account name and password, If you do not have these information please try to acquire them from the network provider.
