Known for his love of the supernatural, Rife acquired the doll from the famous collection of Ed and Lorraine Warren alongside ghost hunter Elson Castee.
He plans to open the haunted house where Annabelle resides for overnight stays and tours, letting brave visitors experience its unsettling history. The doll’s chilling reputation includes claims of moving on its own, leaving cryptic notes, and even scratching people.
The recent death of investigator Dan Rivera, who had been touring the country with Annabelle, has reignited fears about the doll’s supposed curse. Rivera had once advised people to protect themselves by imagining a halo of white light surrounding them.
While there’s no official link between Rivera’s passing and the doll, believers remain convinced her dark legacy continues. Rife, however, says the honor of owning such a notorious object outweighs any risk.
