Problem Transferring Files from PC to Galaxy S3

Problem: I have some problems with my s3.

When i try to transfer files from pc to s3,why didnt work? It was saying windows error (on pc).
How can I fix this.

I have s3 about 4month

There could be other reasons why but there’s one thing I am pretty sure about: our reader hasn’t installed all necessary drivers. I don’t know what kind of error message he’s getting but if it pops up every time he plugs his phone into the PC, it’s a bridging or detection problem.

There are actually two things you can do if this happens to you.
  1. You have to download a driver pack for the Galaxy S3.
  2. Install Samsung KIES to your computer.
How to install Samsung Galaxy S3 drivers

Step 1: Download necessary drivers for your device. For owners in the U.S. who are under any network, the following are direct links to drivers’ download page.
  1.     AT&T Direct Link
  2.     US Celluar Direct Link
  3.     Verizon Direct Link
  4.     T-Mobile Direct Link
  5.     Sprint Direct Link
Note: For owners outside the US and those who are using S3 with models other than the ones mentioned above should go here [direct link] to download drivers for your device. But first you have to know the model number of your phone by going to Settings => About phone.

Step 2: In your PC, go to the desktop, right-click on Computer and choose Properties. A new window will pop up. In the upper left-corner of that window you can find a link that says Device Manager, click on it.

Step 3: A new window will pop up listing all devices in your computer. Scroll down to and expand contents of Universal Serial Bus controllers and find the ones with exclamation point (!).

Step 4: Right-click on the device with exclamation point and choose Update Driver Software => Browse my computer for driver software.

Step 5: Browse through the directory where you’ve downloaded the driver pack a while ago.

Step 6: Click Next. Your computer will automatically search for right drivers and install them.

How to install Samsung KIES

Step 1: Download the software from Samsung’s official website. [Link]

Step 2: After you’ve downloaded the installer, double-click on it to run.

Step 3: Follow on-screen instructions to finish the installation.

Step 4: For KIES tutorials, visit this link from Samsung.

Note: The Samsung KIES comes with all necessary drivers for all Samsung devices so they can be detected once connected with the computer.

Using either of these methods may solve the error you get from your PC.
